Dream Center

The Undocu · Immigrant · Dream Center aims to be a source of information, support and provides services for all undocumented students, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protective Status (TPS) recipients, U nonimmigrant status (U Visa) and Temporary nonimmigrant status (T Visa) holders, refugees, asylum seekers, mixed-status families, students with pending immigration cases, and individuals with other immigration statuses at Santa Rosa Junior College. The Undocu · Immigrant · Dream Center is committed to provide the most dynamic services, in order to facilitate the empowerment of our students, by addressing their unique questions and providing uplifting programing.

The Undocu · Immigrant · Dream Center aspires to serve current and prospective students from diverse immigrant backgrounds, regardless of age, so they may:

  • The matriculation process - including enrollment services, financial aid and scholarship programs.

  • Academic counseling referral

  • Student Psychological Services referral to bilingual therapist

  • Student services

  • Career opportunities

  • Transfer process

  • California nonresident tuition exemption request forms (AB540/SB68 forms)

  • Enrollment verification letter of non-credit courses for DACA applicants

  • and many other forms of support

VIDAS Law Services partners with the Undocu · Immigrant · Dream Center to provide students with:

  • Legal guidance and consultation with embedded immigration attorney and DOJ Accredited Representative

  • Free legal services to all SRJC students and employees
